When to register:
- Register early; it will open as soon as the auction is live on our website; watch for registration deadlines.
- Click on the <Connect to Auction Button> and complete the <Registration form>
How do I know if approved:
- You will receive an email once the auctioneer has approved your registration; On the day of the auction the <bid button> will change from <color> to <color>

Why haven’t I been approved:
- It usually happens automatically, but sometimes your status may say “pending”. The most common reason for this is that an email address was not verified. When you first create an account, an email with a verification link is sent—this step must be completed to be approved for the auction.

Max Bids :
- Set the highest amount willing to pay for the lot <instructions on how to do it>
- You can increase your maximum bid by going to <????> and selecting your <Current Bid> and modifying the amount.
- Bidding is done in increments, which means that there are set amount you can offer when you place your maximum bid. If your bid does not match the increments we will tell you the amounts below and above it so that you can determine what you want to bid.
Bidding:
- Find the lot(s) you want to bid on
- Enter your maximum bid into the <appropriate box> and click <place bid>
- Click <Confirm>
- If your bid is successful, we will contact you directly and provide details on how to arrange payment.
- Bidding in an auction is a contractual agreement to purchase the item. There is no right of return, unless an item is materially different to its description in the catalog.
